1.2 Affiliate & Referral Model:

OurProducts4U operates as an affiliate marketing, marketing agent, and referral intermediary portal. We showcase mobility equipment (including stairlifts, home access solutions, and related products) manufactured, sold, survey-assessed, and installed by independent third-party partners and suppliers ("Partner Suppliers").
 

1.3 No Direct Sale or Installation Contract:

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, purchasing, ordering a survey, or requesting a quote through this Site initiates a referral or direct transaction with a Partner Supplier. Your contract for product supply, technical survey, manufacture, delivery, installation, warranty, and maintenance is held directly between you and the Partner Supplier, not OurProducts4U.

2. Use of the Site

• 2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or submit inquiries.

• 2.2 You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when filling out contact forms, requesting home surveys, or submitting orders.

• 2.3 You agree not to misuse the Site by introducing viruses, trojans, or software designed to disrupt service or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

 

3. Product Listings, Quotes, & Technical Surveys

• 3.1 Estimates Only: All prices, product descriptions, images, and specifications on the Site are for general illustrative and guidance purposes only.

• 3.2 Home Survey Requirements: Due to the custom nature of stairlifts and home mobility equipment, final pricing, feasibility, and technical specifications are strictly subject to a professional home assessment/survey conducted by the Partner Supplier.

• 3.3 Pricing Errors: While we endeavor to keep information up to date, we do not warrant that product descriptions or pricing on the Site are error-free. Partner Suppliers reserve the right to provide binding quotes only after a formal assessment.

 

4. Orders, Partner Contracts, & Payments

• 4.1 Where orders or deposit payments are facilitated directly via our Site, we act as an authorized agent/referral engine for the Partner Supplier.

• 4.2 Final acceptance of any order for custom-built equipment occurs when the Partner Supplier accepts the technical survey and issues a formal order confirmation.

• 4.3 Payment processing on the Site is handled by secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store financial credentials (e.g., full debit/credit card numbers).

5. Custom & Bespoke Products (Cancellation Rights)​

• 5.1 Statutory 14-Day Rights: Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers generally have a 14-day right to cancel distance contracts.
   

• 5.2 Bespoke Exception: You acknowledge and agree that stairlifts and custom home modifications made to your specific measurements or property specifications constitute bespoke goods made to customer specification.
   

• 5.3 Exclusion: Once manufacturing, custom rail cutting, or physical installation work has commenced following a signed home survey agreement with the Partner Supplier, statutory cancellation rights may be limited or excluded in accordance with UK consumer law. Cancellation terms for bespoke items are governed by your contract with the Partner Supplier.

6. Installations, Warranties & After-Sales Service​

6.1 Third-Party Workmanship: All delivery, structural installation, home alterations, after-sales servicing, and warranty repairs are the sole responsibility of the relevant Partner Supplier carrying out the installation.
 

6.2 Warranties: Product guarantees and warranties are issued directly by the manufacturer/Partner Supplier. OurProducts4U provides no independent product warranties or guarantees of performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Statutory Rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
 

7.2 Exclusion of Partner Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, OurProducts4U shall not be liable for:

• Errors, delays, property damage, or unsatisfactory workmanship caused by Partner Suppliers during surveys or installations.

• Direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your reliance on information on this Site.

• Failures or delays due to events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property.

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, branding, logos, and layout—is owned by or licensed to OurProducts4U and protected by UK and international copyright laws. Reproduction without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do not manufacture, survey, supply, install, maintain, or warrant any stairlifts or mobility products featured on the Site. Your contract for product supply and installation is held directly with the independent third-party partner ("Partner Supplier").

9.3 Third-Party Workmanship & Products: To the fullest extent permitted by law, OurProducts4U shall not be liable for any damage to property, personal injury, delay, financial loss, or unsatisfactory workmanship resulting from surveys, assessments, supply, or installation services performed by Partner Suppliers or third parties.

9.4 Site Usage & Information Accuracy: While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of product information on the Site, we are not liable for errors, omissions, or misstatements. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9.5 Liability Cap: Subject to Clause 9.1, our maximum aggregate liability to you arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed £100 (one hundred pounds sterling) or the total commission/referral fee earned by us for your specific referral, whichever is lower.
