Cancellation Policy.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
How to Cancel.
To cancel your order, please contact us at enquiries@thelocallywedogroup.com or write to us at Marble Hall, Office 20, 80 Nightingale Road, Derby, DE24 8BF, clearly stating your order number and that you wish to cancel.
Returning Your Item.
Once you've told us you'd like to cancel, please return the item to us within 14 days. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
We will refund the full price of the item, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned item back, or of you providing evidence you've sent it back (whichever is earlier). Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Exceptions.
Please note that for hygiene and health reasons, certain products — such as [commode seats, bathroom safety aids, or other personal-use items — edit to match your actual product range] — cannot be returned or refunded once the packaging has been opened or the item has been used, unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. You are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement in line with your consumer rights.
